Tommy ‘Tiny’ Lister, better knows as Deebo from ‘Friday‘, admitted that he and five other individuals conspired to obtain four different mortgages on homes in Los Angeles, California using falsified records according to a plea agreement obtained by TMZ.
Lister, admitted he and the other individuals defaulted $5.7 million worth in mortgages. Banks later sold them at a loss of more than $2.6 million.
The charge of conspiracy to commit fraud carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison  and Lister agreed to plead guilty to a mortgage fraud scheme that cost banks a total of $3.8 million in federal court in Los Angeles. He is due to appear in court later this month.
