Halle Berry “Healthy” After Set Injury, No Investigation Necessary

A rep for Halle Berry says she has been deemed healthy after an accident on a movie set sent the Oscar winner to the hospital Tuesday night. The rep says Berry fell and hit her head during a fight sequence on the set of the film “The Hive.” She was taken to the hospital quickly as a precaution and released shortly after. State officials tell the “Los Angeles Times” the injury isn’t serious enough to warrant a workplace safety investigation. Berry has suffered an injury on the set in the past. A broken foot on the set of “Cloud Atlas” last year forced her to miss February’s Academy Awards.
