Children Services were called to the hospital to check the status of the new Cannon Twins. They recieved a tip that Mariah Carey had been in the hospital drinking and doing drugs. Nick Cannon appeared on CNN’s Piers Morgan show to defend his wife and shed light on the situation. Nick shared that his wife, Mariah Carey, had been having
trouble breastfeeding so a nurse suggested she drink a beer to help speed up the process. The twins went to eating and the hospital staff went to calling Protective services.  This is what Nick had to say in the interview
Nick said,
“Child protective services were called with allegations that, you know, there was some drinking and drugs and all that going on while in the hospital, which again makes no sense to me. Like, how would a hospital even allow that?”
So what led to the visit? Nick continued,
“I guess someone maybe overheard that (suggestion), and this is a good way to make a quick buck, or call the tabloids. It’s kind of sad that people think that we’ll make money off of these newborns.”
Mariah hasn’t even left the hosiptal yet! Leave them be!
