Iggy Azalea is taking legal action against the man claiming he shot a sex tape with the rapper but surprisingly she doesn’t mention the sex tape in the lawsuit. Ex – boyfriend Hefe Wine spoke with GM America “stating not aware of any lawsuit” and “claims to have permission to sell all music” they recorded together in the studio.Is this the same Iggy who denied the sex tape and that she even knew him? But on the flip side according to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Rapper Iggy Azalea is suing rapper and producer/ex boyfriend  Hefe Wine for allegedly downloading a number of files from her computer without her permission. Instead, the “Fancy” rapper says Hefe stole unreleased recordings of songs and later used those songs to market an EP of her work.  Iggy Azalea also accuses Hefe of forging her signature on a contract that gives him the rights to her music. Iggy Azalea had the following to say about the alleged sex tape on Twitter:
