Juvenile says he still believes he’s the biological father of his 13-year-old son. The rapper explains to TMZ that he requested a paternity test in his ongoing custody battle as a “procedural step” to get custody of his kid. Juvenile recently filed court documents in Louisiana saying he never established paternity when his child was born, and didn’t sign the birth certificate. The emcee, who owes 160-thousand dollars in back child support, has also alleged that the boy’s mother had sexual relationships with other men.
Despite his recent court filings, Juvenile says his son “acts and looks just like me.” He adds that he loves his son to death, and hopes that the test will prove that he’s the real father. Juvenile and the child’s mother are due back in court next month.
I don’t understand why some men would even want to take a child away from his/her mother, a child needs their mother, unless she is abusive to the child or show signs that the child is not getting treated right, why take that child away just because you have a problem with the mother, the child later in life will hate you for that and wonder where is my mother. If the mother and father not together any more then they minus well get over the B.S and be mature adults and work out a way where they both can see the child but don’t take a child away just because of the mess y’all got going on. If he falls in love with another women or she falls in love with another man, why get mad and act childish, accept it, move on and teach that child how you all can be mature adults. I can’t stand petty ass people, some people need to just grow up.
That is the exact reason why some fathers go for custody because some women can’t separate their anger that the man does not want them anymore from him being a father to his child. There are a lot of petty vendictive women out here that will get child support and not even let the child’s father have contact. Contrary to women’s thoughts a child needs their father just as much as he needs his mother and boys need them even more. A father is his daughters first love how he treats her is the treatment she will accept from whatever man she takes on as her mate later life. A father teaches his son how to treat the women he becomes involved with later in life. I applauded any man that says I’m going to be involved with my kids whether you like it or not and if I have to take your ass to court to do it so be it.
First off he didnt know he was the alleged father until the child got 13 WHAT TYPE OF MOTHER DOES THAT!! THE ONE WHO NEED HER CHILD TAKING AWAY FROM HER… NOT ONLY that she is trying to get back child support for him SHE A DIRTY DOG SERIOUSLY!!! SHE MAD DUDE DONT WANT HER ANYMORE!!!!! HOE** ARE A MESS!
