The beautiful family was in NYC, where Washington has been extremely busy in Manhattan due to work! Earlier that day she was on “Good Morning America” and celebrate the launch of a “Scandal” inspired collection with The Limited at the IAC Building. It was just two days before the fourth season première of the ABC hit “Scandal.”
