Kim talks to Life & StyleÂ about how she is losing her baby weight after 4 children:
â€œIâ€™ve lost 30 pounds.Â Iâ€™m only 5 to 8 pounds above my weight before I got pregnant. I never sit on the couch.Â I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight intoÂ filming my spin-off show,Â Donâ€™t Be Tardyâ€¦Â [which returns to Bravo in the spring], and Iâ€™m sure that helped. I just never sat still!â€
â€œIâ€™m a size 4 right now, and my goal is to get down to a size 2. Iâ€™m accepting that Iâ€™m going to have to hit the gym â€” my girls laugh and say thereâ€™s no chance, but I really think Iâ€™m going to have to.â€
