Landlord Sues Sean Kingston : New Music FT. T.I. Back 2 Life – Live It Up

As far as one Miami landlord is concerned, Sean Kingston couldn’t leave her 25-thousand-dollar-a-month rental soon enough.

But she’d also still like it if he paid the rent she says he owes. TMZ says the upset landlord has filed a lawsuit against Kingston, claiming the singer owes her more than 70-thousand-dollars for two months rent, for breaking his lease and for property damages.

The singer reportedly ditched the mansion he and his mother were living in because he didn’t like hearing the constant sound of the ocean after his jet ski accident last year.

The landlord says when Sean left Miami for Hollywood last fall, he also left her Florida home in shambles.

She cites broken landscaping lights, sprinkler heads, holes in the walls, among other damages totaling more than 20-thousand-dollars. Kingston’s camp has yet to comment on the lawsuit. Here’s Sean Kingston new song featuring T.I. performing “Back 2 Life (Live It Up).” The Single hits iTunes 6/5/12.
