After the Miami Heat finished practice on Thursday, LeBron James finally broke his silence about the arrest of his mom in Miami Beach. As previously reported, Gloria James was arrested for allegedly slapping a valet parking attendant outside of the Fountainbleu Hotel. She was processed and released.
Asked about it by reporters, LeBron said:
“You have to move forward … It is my life and there’s certain things you have to deal with. You try not to let it be a distraction. I have a job to do, still.â€
He continued, “It’s very sensitive because it’s your mother. Of course to have an incident, it’s very sensitive. But the people around me are helping me.â€
IT’S A SHAME AND A DISGRACE THAT THIS GROWN A** WOMAN IS ACTING LIKE THIS. SHE IS REALLY MAKING THIS MAN LOOK BAD. YOU CAN SEE THE LOOK OF EMBARRASSMENT IN HIS FACE. FOR HIM TO HAVE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY HIS MOM IS OUT HERE ACTING LIKE A CHILD AND GETTING ARRESTED HAS TO REALLY HURT. THAT JUST GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO LOOK DOWN ON HIM ABOUT. THAT’S HIS MOM TRUE ENOUGH BUT MAYBE HE NEED TO DO LIKE KEYSHIA COLE AND DISTANCE HIMSELF FROM HIS MOM UNTIL SHE GET HER ACT TOGETHER. GROW UP GLORIA!!!!
