Lil Kim and her legal team are working hard to reduce the rap diva’s debt to Uncle Sam. TMZ.com says Kim now owes the U.S. government more than one-million dollars in taxes from 2002 to 2009. The hip-hop star’s debt from 2009, which is more than 86-thousand dollars, was just recently added on, bringing her total to nearly one-million-27-thousand-dollars. A rep for Lil Kim says she’s “hired professional attorneys to handle this matter,” adding that they’re “working cooperatively and diligently with the IRS and federal authorities to amicably resolve the situation.”

Lil Kim’s last studio effort was 2005’s “The Naked Truth.” She’s reportedly working on new music that will be released later this year but her fan’s aren’t happy with all her delays.

Some of Lil Kim’s biggest fans have threatened to shut down their website dedicated to Kim if she doesn’t release new music.

Taletela Reports That Kim was due to drop her new single at the beginning of the year, but shockingly announced that she would be delaying the release of new music to support her best friend Floyd Mayweather. Floyd will be going to jail for domestic battery later this year.

After becoming very annoyed by the constant delays and excuses, Kim’s biggest fans demand that she release’s new music soon or they will shut down her fan site.

“I wonder will Kim take us seriously if we shut down TeamLilKim like Britney’s fan club shut down her site when she was acting crazy,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
