Sad news R&B singer Lloyd was sued in 2010 by his former manager Joyce Irby for breach of contract. However, they reached a settlement that Lloyd will have to fork over $100,000 and find a job for Irby. But Irby has filed a new lawsuit claiming that Lloyd isn’t living up to that settlement agreement.

According to Irby, Lloyd has only paid $20,000 and hasn’t found a job for her. She now claims that Lloyd needs to pay the remaining $80,000, along with the job he promised in the settlement agreement, the attorney fees and other costs the court deems proper.

Looks like “You” and “Get It Shawty” singer is in deep trouble again unless he pays up. Lloyd has been over seas getting to the money and touring and is said to be bigger than ever over seas and ready to reclaim his spot on top in the states.
