Ludacris Owns The Name ‘Disturbing tha Peace’ Files Suit Against Texas Couple

Ludacris is not letting anyone put his name and ruining it. He says that his record label “Disturbing tha Peace” has a reputation to uphold. He is suing a Texas couple with a lawsuit for using his company’s name.

Christopher Bridges aka Luda says that Demetri and Donna Evans-Brown are illegally using the phrase ‘Disturb the Peace‘ for thier audio equipment business and musical recordings as reported by TMZ. Luda has owned the trademark for “Disturbing tha Peace” since 2003 and it is also the title of his 2005 album. The couple’s use of the similar name could confuse customers and ruin his reputation.

Ludacris is asking the judge to force the Browns to stop using the trademarked phrase ASAP!! He will be suing for damages, plus attorneys’ fees of course.
