Tyler Perry’s latest comedy is taking a fourth place finish at the movie box office. “Madea’s Witness Protection” took in 26-point-four-million-dollars to open at number four and log Perry’s fourth-highest opening weekend. The top movie at the box office this weekend was the Seth MacFarlane-Mark Wahlberg comedy “Ted.” The movei, about a foulmouthed teddy bear who comes to life at his owner’s wish, brought in 54-point-one-million dollars to set a new record for an R-rated comedy opening. The male strip tease movie “Magic Mike,” starring Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey, was second with 39-point-two-million-dollars, folllowed by last weekend’s box office champ “Brave” at number three with 34-million-dollars.
