Seems like our favorite crack head actress “Maia Madness” has relapsed. Sadness. In this video, Campbell goes off on another crackhead rant as she talks non stop for over 5 minutes. The former In The House star needs to get in the house. Its so sad the way drugs can cause a person to act. She was so beautiful. God bless her.

I prayed on her all weekend. I did. I wish someone sees her and HELP HER…not do this to her. She is one beautiful girl that I hope to see make a comeback. Still praying for you Maia.
Had to say a little prayer….but should also remember that the bulk of her “troubles” stems from her being Bipolar. This could very well be case of her not taking medications as opposed to be “strung out” on drugs. From the clips and based on my studies, her current state clearly indicates such. Prayer definitely changes things…

Freddy she not only has a drug addiction she is bipolar as well. The combination of these two are fierce! You would understand how difficult it is to treat someone with this disorder if you were to read her mom’s book ( the late BeeBee Moore Campbell) called 72 hour hold, that was based loosely off her daughters condition. Her family has tried to help her, unfortunately they have failed, you can only help someone that wants to be helped.
@LAYLA, You are so right! But, I don’t think her mental illness will allow her to ask for help. She takes the drugs to stop hearing voices. What needs to happen is to make a change in our country to help people with bi polar get the help they need. I also read the book “72 Hour Hold”. It was so insightful on Maia’s condition and all the problems BeBe (God rest her soul) had to deal with. Like you and YEAISAIDIT, I will definitely say a prayer her.

@D, that comment is so cruel and uncalled for. Bipolar is a serious mental disorder and nost who suffer don’t like to take their medication, but will instead indulge in other drugs to calm symptoms from bipolar. This is a mood disorder that leaves the causes the individual to have manic episodes then depressive moods. It goes from one extreme to the next. Until you’ve lived with someone who has the disorder, it is difficult to understand. I too agree with Layla and Bridgette, BeBe Moore Campbell, may she rest in peace, wrote aboout her daughters plight and the traumas suffered in trying to get her help. So before you label her a crackhead, maybe it would be more polite to first make claim to her disorder, which is really the problem. I’ve vented enough – Peace

This was a very disturbing video, particularly because it was of someone that we all have seen on television and appeared to be on her way to having a great future ahead of her. While we do not know God’s plan, one should not mention how someone should “crack herself to death!” Ignorance is no way to refer to someone with this type of illness.
This reminds me very much of the case of Mitrice Richardson, Los Angeles, CA and how her bi-polar illness contributed to her disappearance and eventual death, amongst other things. May God be with Maia, Mitrice and their families!
