Marc Anthony is making his split from Jennifer Lopez official. The Latin pop singer has filed for divorce. Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Anthony’s petition cites irreconcilable differences for making their split permanent. He’s also requesting joint legal and physical custody of his and Lopez’s four-year-old twins Max and Emme. The two announced their separation last July after seven years of marriage. The divorce will mark Lopez’s third and Anthony’s second. Despite their separation, Lopez and Anthony have been carrying on what appears to be an amicable business relationship over the past year. The two continue to work together on the Latin-centric talent search TV series “Q’Viva! The Chosen.”

Lopez also appears to have bounced back from her marital breakdown. The 42-year-old singer and “American Idol” judge has been keeping company of late with 25-year-old dancer Casper Smart.
