Mariah Carey took a boat ride in Capri, Italy, with her 13-month-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.  It is reported that Mariah, the 42-year-old mother was there to perform and took ‘Dem Babies’ with her.  Take a look at some of the pics from their outing.
