So…I guess imitation is not flattery after all. Especially when you’re being sued for it. According to THR, Marvin Gaye’s family is taking Robin Thicke to court for stealing TWO of Marvin Gaye’s songs. The family claims that Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” was taken from Gaye’s “Got to Give It Up” and Thicke used Gaye’s “After the Dance” to create his song “Love After War.” Check out a couple of Gaye Family Photos below and listen to some of the music mentioned in the lawsuit.
