The Queen of Hip Hop/Soul will be releasing a brand new single “Mr. Wrong.â€Â The track is produced by Rico Love, known for his works with Beyonce’, Usher, Teairra Mari, Nelly, and many others. Love, expressed that the song is “extremely soulful†and “expresses the true level of love that a woman can have to a no good man.†He also penned five songs for the singer’s upcoming album. Blige’s claims:
“The first My Life, I didn’t understand why I was in so much pain. This one adds another level of understanding. It’s called The Journey Continues because on the first My Life album, we all just were depressed and wanted to die. This one, we want to live, and we understand with living, life still comes with challenges and triumphs and good times and bad times.”
The album features productions from Eric Hudson, Danja, Rico Love, Jerry Wonda, Swizz Beatz, Jim Jonsin, The Underdogs, and Jermaine Dupri. Blige’s tenth studio album, “My Life II: The Journey Continues,†will now be released on November 21st.
