Last nights Stars, designers, models and actors took on the red carpet at the “Schiaparelli And Prada: Impossible Conversations” themed Met Gala. The Costume Institute Gala, known as the Met Ball which has also been nicknamed the “Oscars of the East Coastâ€, is an annual ball that celebrates the annual opening of the Metropolitan Museum’s (The Met) fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute.
Only the top elite, or people who have thousands to waste go.. The red carpet evening, gives all the top celebrities the chance to get world wide press and the event is described as the fashion industry’s “Night of Nightsâ€.
After following the live streaming via Vogue.com and watching all the crazy dresses worn by models and celebrities last night, I have to say I am very impressed!!!
 Check Out Photos From The Event!!! Just so yall know the event cost $25,000 a ticket, sources say this year’s Met Gala raised $11 million dollars making this the biggest costume gala ever.
