Michael Jordan‘s alleged baby mama and son plan now to file a paternity suit against the NBA superstar. The woman was not going to originally file but after her son (alleged son of MJ) said that Jordan needs to step up to the plate as a father. TMZ reports that, Pamela Smith, is now suing MJ for paternity and child support. She has claimed that he got her preggo back in 1995. He was still married to Juanita Vanoy when this love child came about.

Sources close to Pamela say that she and MJ have a good relationship and that she doesn’t need the money. Her son, Grant Reynolds aka Taj wants MJ to acknowledge him as his son so begged his mother to file the paperwork. The lawsuit is for her son to have his father a bigger part of his life.

Allegedly MJ and Grant have met before and he has given the family money and gifts over time. Grant was told to keep it all a secret. MJ are YOU the father?
