Mobb Deep’s Havoc Denies Dissing Prodigy

Mobb Deep fans no longer have to worry about a feud between the group’s two members. Billboard.com says Havoc has released a statement denying that he sent out several tweets dissing his partner Prodigy.

Havoc explains that his account was hacked after he left his cell phone at a gas station last weekend.

He goes on to add that “it’s business as usual” with Mobb Deep, and that he’s going to be shutting down his Twitter account “until further notice.”

Havoc’s Twitter page caught many fans by surprise when it featured several tweets on Monday morning threatening Prodigy and calling him soft.

The person behind the tweets even responded to fans, claiming that the rapper’s account had not been hacked.

Mobb Deep’s last effort was their EP “Black Cocaine,” which dropped back in November. The duo is reportedly working on a new, self-titled record that will be arriving sometime this year.
