It looks like the battle over Nate Dogg’s estate is still raging. The late rapper, born Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, didn’t have a will when he died last year, leaving his wife Latoya Calvin in charge of his assets. But, according to TMZ.com, Nate’s children didn’t like that decision. They also aren’t too happy with Calvin’s latest attempt to make Nate’s mother, Ruth Holmes, a co-administrator of the estate. Nate’s daughter, Auncrane Hale, says Holmes is only involved for the money, adding that she isn’t concerned about the interests of any of the rapper’s children. Hale says Calvin didn’t even show up to Nate’s funeral, and Holmes was, quote, “never a grandmother.” She claims that if the two women get control of the estate, they won’t give anything to Hale or her brothers and sisters.
