The woman who claimed Ne-Yo was the father of her child is back in the singer’s life again.  Jesseca White is suing the crooner for allegedly defaming her on VH1′s “Behind the Music.” 

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, White claims that Ne-Yo portrayed her as an “unchaste woman” who tricked the singer into believing that he was the father of her kid to “fraudulently bilk” him out of money.  White claims that the show has caused people to lash out at her, calling her names such as “pathetic” and “gold-digging.”  Jesseca is asking a judge to award her an undisclosed amount in damages.

White had her child back in 2009, just after she and Ne-Yo dated.  The singer was originally listed as the father on the birth certificate, but his name was eventually removed after the pair reached a $575,000 court settlement.
