Filmed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, actor/model (and now singer) Idris Elba just released the official video for his first single, “Private Garden.” Sung with a Caribbean twang almost, the R&B/soul song is sure to have a following, though I don’t think it will be on the pop stations. And when you said Island feel, I thought you meant he was singing w/some type of accent. He should have pulled a Shaggy, cause it just sounds like he’s spitting game w/some background music!

I like it! Its relaxing but he has too much energy for this video.
