Check out the details below.
According to New York’s WCBS radio, Hempstead High School in Long Island would be happy to have the Young Money’s Nicki Minaji to appear at the school. Hempstead Board of Education President Lamont Johnson believes an appearance from Minaj would be a boost to students in the district, which he points out has faced “recent hardships.”
Last week on Twitter, Nicki Minaj expressed her disappointment that her former school, LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, had declined her offer to appear at the school. Nicki explained that she simply wanted to give back to a school that changed her life.
As a self-made entrepreneur she could share a lot with a group of kids. You have to know what elements to take and what elements to leave out. It’s unfortunate people can’t see the good in a person and their success.
