Chris Brown new neighbors in the San Fernando Valley is not feeling him and one has even said that if he comes near him he will shoot him

Now that sounds like a crime!

Chris Brown is having some issues with his new neighbors. The R&B singer just moved into the heart of the San Fernando Valley, and one of his new neighbors is threatening bodily harm if Chris steps onto his property.

Real estate sources tell TMZ … Chris is renting an 8,000 square foot, 6 bedroom house in Agoura … it’s near the Malibu boarder but technically part of the Valley.

Chris Brown’s house is EPIC.  It has a commercial ice cream bar, dance studio, billiard room, as well as a tennis court and clubhouse.

Chris is known for his party boy ways. He held a party that had over 75 cars parked at his house over the weekend. Which is probably why the neighbors are reeling and threatening bodily harm.

One neighbor had the following to say,

“It can be the devil.  I can care less.  I don’t care if they’re having orgies.  It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn’t trespass onto my property.  If he does, I shoot him.”

Now that is serious!
