The homies over at Concreteloop.com posted these pictures of Nelley giving back to to the community in a big way… This is what they said:
Nelly poses with a patient at the Aflac Children’s Cancer Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston Hospital on Friday in Atlanta. Teaming up with Macy’s, he brought gifts to the kids and their families who’ll unfortunately be spending their holidays in the hospital.
Police say a man broke into rapper Nelly’s house in suburban St. Louis and stole electronics and video games. Authorities say the Grammy-winning artist was not home during the robbery early Friday morning.
St. Louis County police spokesman Rick Eckhard says a man used a window to get in and out of Nelly’s home. He said three people were inside the house at the time and one confronted the intruder. Eckhard says the man was able to get away with a duffel bag of electronics, a video game system and video games.
My homie G-Roc from TheShoeGame.com and his staff hosted their 3 Year Anniversary event at the Nike Store Lenox Square Mall. The event was crazy and packed with sneakerheads from Atlanta. People also came to support TheShoeGame.com from New York, Alabama, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Tennessee, and South Carolina. TSG definitely did it B-I-G, and you would think throwing an event at the Nike Store was enough, but NO, they gave away so much stuff. They gave away 2 pairs of Space Jam Air Jordans, 3 pairs of Gucci SB Dunks, 2 NikeiD sessions, LeBron 7’s, and a bunch of t-shirts.
DJ Greg Street was the official DJ for the night and Air Force 1 guru, Mayor was the special guest. Rosco Dash performed his hit “All The Way Turnt Up”, and up and coming ATL trap rapper, Pill also hit up the event to show love. All in all, it’s no doubt that TheShoeGame.com has a massive following. The event will most likely go down in sneaker history for them being able to get the Nike Store to throw their party, and with all the giveaways.

Several members of the security team at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in Atlantic City have been fired. The employees were let go for their involvement in a fight last month. Video of the brawl appeared online November 30th, and showed several members of security beating two men in the club’s parking lot. Couri Glen, who is now the former supervisor of security, says the employees were initially suspended and then fired for misconduct. Glen claims the two men were removed from the 40/40 club after security received several complaints that they were groping women. Glen says he tried to escort the men out of the building, at which point they began throwing punches.
Following the fight, police said charges would be filed against the 40/40 club’s security team. A list of charges has yet to be reported.
Chris Brown’s Thursday morning interview with a Seattle radio station didn’t quite go as planned. Chris Brown hung up on KUBE 93’s “Wake Up Show” after the host began asking about Rihanna. Brown started the interview by discussing his new album “Graffiti,” but when the topic eventually turned to his former flame the singer wanted to change the topic. Following the first Rihanna question Brown responded, quote, “I’m really done talking about the whole situation…I’m just moving forward.” Undeterred, the DJ followed-up by asking Brown, quote, “did Rihanna throw you under the bus or what?” Before the “I Can Transform Ya” singer could respond, his handler told the station “alright guys” and hung up the phone.
Chris Brown was arrested for assault last February after he beat his ex-girlfriend, pop star Rihanna. He pled guilty to felony assault over the summer and is currently serving five years on probation. On Tuesday, he released his third studio album, “Graffiti.”
