The historical movie that recounts the moving story that changed history and lives took place in Selma Alabama and it seems fitting that the good people of Selma get to experience this beautiful film for free.

Golden Globe nominated film “SELMA” directed by Ava DuVernay will be shown for free to the town’s citizens at the Selma Walton Theater in the city of Selma, Alabama beginning January 9. This is such a great movie and shows that the producers and Paramount Pictures has an appreciation for the historical aspect of the film.
