After just one day of Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was released early from his brief 30-day sentence, pictures of ex-wife Evelyn Lozada and her head butt injury stemming from their domestic violence incident have been made public. And they are not pretty.

According to TMZ, The photos were taken by Davie Police in the Florida emergency room where Evelyn was transported following Chad’s attack on August 11th, 2012. According to police, the forehead laceration measured 3 inches.

If you need a refresher, the then married couple got into a heated argument last year outside of Ochocinco’s home, which resulted in his arrest. Two months later, they divorced. Ochocinco pled “no contest” to the domestic violence charges and was sentenced to 12 months probation.

When Ochocinco was being released from jail, the judge took a moment to comment on Evelyn’s injuries calling them “horrific.” Check out the video from the courtroom, courtesy of TMZ:

Is it a coincidence that these pics just happened to be released shortly before the new season of Basketball Wives premieres in August? Makes you wonder…

No comments have been made yet from Ocho or Evelyn and their people yet. At this point, it’s probably best to just stay quiet.

What do you think of these pics? Any advice for Evelyn or Ocho? Let us know!
