The event was coordinated and facilitated by a team of students, interns and mentees from the hospitality industry reflecting the Councilman’s values for higher learning as a means to job training and employment.
The Coalition DJs were there to get the crowd in the mood to celebrate this occasion, while enjoying an assortment of food and beverages sponsored by Giovanni’s Restaurant, Antico Pizza, Pitty Pat’s Porch, Linton Hopkins, Kevin Rathbun Steak, Scales 925, Varasano’s Pizzeria, Proof Of The Pudding, Hojeij Branded Foods, Highland Bakery, Rumi’s Kitchen and Cafe Agora.
Brett Holtzclaw along with many other attendees made special birthday remarks in support of Kwanza Hall and all that he has done for the Atlanta community. Reggie Rouse ended the evening with a heartfelt toast thanking Hall for his leadership and service in our community.
Special VIP guests of the evening included CeeLo Green, Bone Crusher, Dina Marto, Dr. Yamma Brown (daughter of the late James Brown), Jamida Orange (daughter of the late Reverend James Orange), Xavier Hargrove (Music Producer), V103’s Big Tigger, Greg Street, Reggie Rouse, and Gocha Hawkins.
