Florida emcee Plies isn’t afraid to think outside the box when it comes to collaborations. The rapper recently spoke with “Us” magazine and admitted that he really wants to get in the studio with Scottish vocalist Susan Boyle. He states, quote, “I always bring this up to people and they think I’m just teasin’, but Susan Boyle is probably at the top of my list.” Plies adds, quote, “From a business standpoint, I watched what she was able to do and create through her own story and it always interested me.” Plies will be releasing his fourth album, “Goon Affiliated,” next week. While the record won’t feature Susan Boyle, it will include appearances from artists like Keri Hilson, Trey Songz and Fabolous.

Plies adds, quote, “I didn’t want it to be overloaded with features but I wanted to work with people who had a respect for their craft as well. I feel like this fourth album is so well-rounded.” Plies’ “Goon Affiliated” will hit stores on June 8th.
