Prisoner Sues Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry For Stealing New Movie Ideas

A prisoner named Shamont Lyle Sapp is suing Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry for $1 million each, claiming the two stole his idea for the new movie comedy, – - “Skank Robbers”.

Skank Robbers is an action comedy about two lady bank robbers and is in development.  The comedy will star Foxx, Perry and Martin Lawrence who all will be dressed as women.

Shamont, says that he’s serving in Oklahoma for 10 bank robberies. According to his lawsuit, he gave the idea of Skank Robbers to Foxx and Perry who stored the idea until now and cut him off the action.

Documents of the lawsuit indicated that Shamont’s idea was not a comedy about bank robbers, instead it was a drama about a mental hospital. The story was that a white male mental patient takes Madea hostage and deals with phone calls from the negotiators as Madea leads for her life in a very sad way, not in a comedian way.

Shamont, for stealing the idea of his, has also sued Fox Broadcasting and producer David Zuckerman for a total damage of $4 million. Foxx and Perry was not immediately available for comments in this regard.

What do you think? A bogus suit? Is it for real? Do yall think they are really making a movie?

I am looking into the detail about this story Spotted @ TMZ
