It’s no secret Chef Mali Hunter has the most infamous #FamousDinners at the legendary Tree Sound Recording Studios. Typically these dinners are private invites for artists who have invested their time & recording energy to perfecting their crafts in one of Tree Sound private studio rooms. The dinners serve as congratulatory salutations to celebrate the artists hard work & let the media and taste makers of Atlanta experience the finished product.
Quincy Jones wanted to make sure his artist Lee England Jr was presented to the world in the best light possible. So its not a surprise that he would tap Mali Hunter on the shoulder to set up an amazing dinner with some pretty amazing people in Atlanta! Lee England Jr not only introduced us to his incredible Soul Orchestra but he brought along a friend, the infamous Ashanti the mad violinist. What an incredible evening!
To top things off Atlanta City Councilman Kwanza Hall showed up (along with his wife Natalie Hall) and made a special announcement. Not only did he present Mali Hunter, Groove Chambers and Paul Diaz and the Tree Sound Recording Studios with a proclamation from the city of Atlanta because of all their philanthropic efforts but Monday July 18th was declared National Tree Sound Recording Studio Day!
Courvoisier cocktails permeated throughout the room. Coronas flowed galore for the beer lovers and of course you can’t eat Mali’s #Famousdinners without topping off your dishes with tastely “Cholula Hot Sauce.” You never know who you are going to see at Chef Mali’s Famous Dinners so it’s best to just be prepared. You may be able to network with people you would never have met anywhere else and the relationships you form at Tree Sound studios could be 100% life changing.
Special thanks to Terri J Vaughn, Angie Stone, Jasmine Guy, Shanti Das, Kwanza Hall, Loraine Smith, Jonell PR, Ed Lover, Paras Griffin, Romello, Daniel Watson the Tree Sound staff and a host of others that always support #ChefMali
