Rapper Young Buck Facing Liquidation & About Lose Everything

Young Buck’s already difficult financial situation is taking a turn for the worse. The “Wall Street Journal” says the hip-hop star is now facing Chapter Seven liquidation. Young Buck and his Chapter Eleven trustee, Jeanne Burton, filed for bankruptcy back in June. At the time, they were hoping they could modify Young Buck’s agreements with 50 Cent’s G-Unit Records and Universal Music Group so that Buck could receive the necessary revenue to pay off his creditors. Unfortunately, Burton filed court papers last week stating that Young Buck and 50 Cent haven’t been able to come to an agreement. To make matters worse for Young Buck, Burton has become aware of a misappropriation of some of his funds. Burton says she discovered that a “former acquaintance” of the rapper was having performance and appearance fees wired to an unauthorized bank account opened for one of Young Buck’s companies.

Young Buck has battled several financial and legal problems over the past few years. In August of 2010, the IRS raided his Nashville home over 300-thousand dollars in unpaid taxes. During the raid, officials found a firearm and ammunition in the house. Young Buck, who’s a convicted felon, isn’t allowed to possess a gun. The rapper appeared in court back in March to plead not guilty to federal felony gun possession charges. Keep that man and his family in your prayers.

did not know he was sitll in the spotlight.. Dang Young Buck

  2. I wish Young Buck the best in his efforts to get his financial house in order. I will not say anything negative about his financial situation, because none of us want anyone else telling us how we should be spending our money, so I will not say what Young Buck should have being doing with the money he made.

I do like Young Buck as an artist, and I do feel he still has a lot of potential to be on top and make a good living as a rapper again.

He shouldnt have left G-Unit…bad decision bro

@Shante, he would have done financially well to stay with G-Unit.

Only problem is, he would have had to compromise something. Probably why he is undergoing this problem. Ever wonder why Jay-Z, Luda, Kanye, 50, and Em are the only rappers that never get into financial or legal trouble?

that illuminati stuff is bull, but there definitely is a ring of folks that dodge bullets, and not because they are upstanding citizens…. FYI

I can’t feel sorry for these young black men. They have an opportunity to make a fortune very young, more money than the average, in a life time but what do they do buy women who wouldn’t give them the time or day if they didn’t have money to spend on them, get a house but “not pay it outright”, rent multiple vehicles and waste money on expensive jewelry that turns out to be worthless diamonds. They live for today thinking all good will be all good forever and this is not the case. Why they can’t learn a lesson from past successfully wealthy men who are now broke is beyond me? Will we ever learn?

Why should we feel bad for these stupid rappers when this is the norm for them. Poppin bottles, making it rain, getting high and other numerous idiotic ordeals leading to their demise. We as average hard working Americans live by a standard upholding family values and morals. Money was here long before we got here and it shall be when we are gone. Handle your business brother as a grown-up and a family man. Man-up!!!!
