Rihanna has been putting in overtime as the release date for her acting debut in the movie “Battleship” approaches. According to the singer, there wasn’t much down time on the set of the alien sci-fi thriller either.

Rihanna’s family thinks the pop star has been working a little too hard and is pointing the finger at her management team for the singer’s recent hospitalization.

Rihanna’s brother, Rorrey Fenty, told the “Daily Star” he could see it coming.

He said his sister has been “exhausted for months” while putting in 13-hour days.

But a friend seems to think Rihanna, herself, might be partly to blame for her health setback.

The unidentified pal says Rihanna‘s partying ways have gotten out of control, especially over the past month.

For that reason, new reports suggest the singer’s mom might be moving in to Rihanna’s Los Angeles home to keep a close eye on her daughter.

Rihanna tweeted a picture of herself hooked up to a hospital drip last week after falling ill at a gala event in New York City.

The singer was discharged from the hospital several hours after she was admitted and allowed to fly back to L.A.

Rihanna’s new movie “Battleship” opens in theaters nationwide this Friday.
