Famed celebrity stylist Adrene hosted “Adrene in Wonderland: an alternate universe where fantasy meets the runway”, a celebratory fashion show, Tuesday, May 25th in Atlanta, GA in her new boutique, House of Adrene. The show was Adrene’s personal spin on the childhood fairytale complete with costumed characters, models in bodypaint and a myriad of celebrity guests.
Adrene who is known for styling celebs such as Vivica Fox, Taraji Henson, Kelly Rowland, TI and Michael Vick, showcased what has kept her competitive over the last ten years as a celebrated stylist traveling the world. Singer/songwriter Cri$tyle (Mariah Carey, Beyonce) opened the show, which was hosted by Atlanta and NBA veejay Rashan Ali and fashion divo Mychal Knight. The entire show was transformed into a fantasy with red and yellow roses suspended from the ceiling, mannequins, and of course the models all transformed into a funky spin-off of Alice in Wonderland. Attendees included several actress Terri Vaughn, Derick J, Derek Blanks, Wingo from Jagged Edge, Sammie, rapper Miss Cherry and various key Atlanta tastemakers. Over 300 guests attended the event and enjoyed an indulgent candy bar, CIROC and gift bags with clothing from House of Adrene. Here are all the pic’s…
