 Rick Ross is smoothing out his edgy rap roster with the help of R&B song man Omarion. The Maybach Music Group boss has announced the former B2K frontman as the latest artist to join his hip-hop heavy record label. The announcement came at a news conference in New York Wednesday. Praising his work as a singer and and a actor, Ross called Omarion “a phenomenal entertainer” and the best artist to help him take Maybach into the R&B arena.

Omarion called the announcement “a special day in music” and a special moment in his career.


Ross also used his moment in the spotlight to announce plans to release the MMG compilation album “Self, Made, Vol. 2” on June 26th; Meek Mill’s debut album “Dreams & Nightmares” on August 28th; and his own highly-anticipated album, “God Forgives, I Don’t” on July 31st.


Ross is promising to deliver on “God Forgives.” He says the work on his fifth studio album is his best yet. READ MORE
