Former Bad Boy Records rapper Shyne has resurfaced – in the Ukraine. Shyne, who converted to Orthodox Judaism while serving a lengthy prison sentence, appeared at the “Global Winds of Change” conference in Kiev last week. He was part of a delegation of leaders from the Muslim, Jewish, Christian and Buddhist faiths. Sean “Diddy” Combs says substance abuse is the reason why Bad Boy Records rapper G. Dep is heading to prison. G. Dep was recently convicted of second-degree murder in connection to a 1993 murder in Harlem and is now facing years behind bars. Former rap star Mase is behind on his taxes in the Sunshine State.
According to THEJASMINEBRAND, Mase owes more than 124-thousand dollars in back taxes in Florida.
The money stems from the years 2000, 2001, and 2004. Mase became a big name in the hip-hop world in the late 90s as a member of Bad Boy Records.
He released the albums “Harlem World” and “Double Up” before eventually deciding to leave music to pursue a career as a pastor.Mase returned to rap in 2004 with the release of his album “Welcome Back.”

Â It looks like Sean “Diddy” Combs has another big business venture in the works. “Broadcasting & Cable” is citing sources who say the rap mogul is preparing to launch a music-themed cable network called Revolt. The network is reportedly planning to debut on December 12th, and is being described as a music and music news channel with an urban vibe.
