Tina Knowles (Beyoncé’s mother), had a few words to share last night about the rumors surfacing the net about her supposedly lying on her daughter’s behalf. Tina, when accepting her award made it known that Beyoncé was not able to stay because she had to rush back to London for her concert the next day for her scheduled tour.

With all this being said she was fed up when she caught wind of what was being said by haters of course and she let us know she was only addressing these rumors for Beyoncé’s real fans. Tina starts off by saying in her lengthy message on her instagram post that “we celebrate when the stumble, we hope that they fall.” Basically saying that you have all this to say now but you were probably just with the hype about 3 hours ago when she was on stage, so stop cut it out.
Tina then went on to elaborate on the real sacrifices that Beyoncé had to endure just to make that BET Awards performance even happen in the way that it did. The time and money sacrifices were unbelievable and beyond what many could even imagine.
The ignorance saddens me because we know that Beyoncé is a genuine person and literally puts her all times 10 into everything she does. What performer do you know these days that care about there fans as much to only get three hours of sleep just to make everyone happy?
Half of these “artist” that you all vouch for can’t even spell nor show up to a performance on time for you to leave with barely even an experience at all.
Come on now people, know a diamond when you see one. Beyoncé and her entire team are the epitome of dedication and soul, don’t take that for granted while it’s here and then cry your eyes out later when it’s no more.
No one knows what one day in Beyoncé’s world looks like so for the future:
1. Do not speak on what you do not know.
2. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
God bless you all!

Let me just start by saying that the 4 minutes of spotlight that Jesse Williams was allotted had the potential to change someone’s life. While he was speaking last night I was speechless as I’m sure many others were. The truth was reiterated time and time again in Jesse’s speech at the BET Awards when he was presented with the Humanitarian Award.
Jesse started his speech off strong and humble, saying that the award was not just for him but the struggling people all over the world. He gave special and much needed recognition to the African-American women and mothers of the world because he realizes that they are rarely appreciated daily for everything they go through. Beyond this he goes into talking about the racial dynamics of this country and the breakdown of where it all starts.
Yes, African-Americans were oppressed (and still are) and our ancestors fought to get us out of oppression so why do we continue to do the dirty work for them by oppressing ourselves? His speech was honestly a s for everyone to wake up because it i so much bigger than making money and throwing a couple of name brands on your body.
Look at the bigger picture!
I strongly urge everyone to take 4 valuable minutes of your life and analyze each bullet that Jesse hits in his speech, it is amazing.
Btw, Jesse graduated from Temple University which is my school! Great minds really do think alike, that gives me so much hope for the future!

The 2016 BET Awards was epic and by far one of the best awards the Network has done so far. The show was hosted by “Black-ish” stars Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross who’s great chemistry and playfulness energized fans and prepared audiences at the Microsoft Theater and across the world for a fun show. The show was hot from start with Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar getting everyone in formation to the close out with the beautiful Sheila E honoring her mentor and friend Prince. I can recap the in between and share my behind the scenes photos after the break. READ MORE

BET experience is this weekend and so is the awards! A lot of people are there showing love and support, including multiple stars from television series and moves such as Bryshere Gray from Empire and Meagan Good from various movies.
Another lovely one actress who is in attendance is Karrueche Tran, who again is sparking glitter all over her name, scrubbing it clean. We love to see her glowing daily don’t we? However, the real buzz this year is about Beyoncé’s dancers making an appearance! #formation
If you are a Beyoncé fan then you know that the last time she attended the BET awards show was when she was in Destiny’s Child. So for her dancers to be there today in 2016 regardless if she hasn’t made an appearance is a big deal!
Everyone looks so nice as usual and I hope one day to be there writing top stories while the event is occurring and many more! The reasons for having Bet Awards started because there was no Black Entertainment representation. With this, I am proud to say that they have tried hard to stick to that purpose in all that it does.
What at do you think?
