The homies over at Gossiponthis.com were on it today when they posted Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s new Telephone video. It was supposed to premiere at midnight on Vevo, but now that it’s all over the Internet, Vevo decided to release it early.

I have to say this video is beyond crazy (it’s over 9 minutes!) and Lady Gaga is definitely on her way to being the next biggest star! Check out the video above.

Jay-Z is taking credit for one of his wife’s more popular dance moves. On Friday night, “Hov” told BBC One host Jonathan Ross that he’s the one responsible for Beyonce’s “Uh-Oh” dance. Jay-Z says, quote, “I steal routines from her. She stole many things from me. You know, I see it on stage, you know, the whole ‘Uh-Oh’ dance. I started that.” He also claims to have created the “Single Ladies” routine seen in Beyoncé’s music video for the song. Jay-Z says he suggested the hand flip for the dance and she took him up on it.
The rapper is usually quiet about his marriage to the superstar singer. But he let those performance details slip along with information on how the two spent Valentine’s Day. With Beyoncé in Peru and Jay-Z in Denver at the time, he explains their romantic hook-up that day in one word — “Skype” — a reference to the software application that allows users to make voice calls over the Internet.

Lady Gaga’s Grammys ensemble (the first one anyway) didn’t disappoint. Gaga showed up in a convertible and managed to make her way to the red carpet in a crotch-baring, space-age solar system dress and towering platforms while carrying a star-shaped sparkle. She is nominated for five Grammys. The Dress is said to be made by Chanel but know one knows just yet… It looks like it hurt…

I must say I was so moved as I watched Beyonce sing Halo for the Hope For Haiti Telethon… It was like she sang every single word in the right key… Their were no notes that where shaky or off key… Hate on her if you like, she is one of the best singers alive…

Jay-Z and Beyonce are making it happen together in Hollywood bringing in $122 million dollars between June 2008 – June 2009 and are #1 on Forbes Top Earning Celebrity Couples for 2009.  Jay-Z brought $87 million to the table and Beyonce made $35 million.  Couple number 2 on the list,  Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford, made $50 million less than them bringing in $69 million.

In a new commercial set to premiere on Nickelodeon, Beyoncé will be seen playing Style Savvy, a video game that turns players into managers of a virtual boutique. I got to give it to B she knows how to get them checks…

“Fashion is something I’ve been familiar with my whole life,” she says in an interview before the shoot. So when Nintendo tapped her to represent its product, she was happy to oblige.

Beyonce Announces Recording, Touring Break

Pop diva Beyonce is putting her career on hold as she kicks up her feet and enjoys life. The “Sweet Dreams” singer told “USA Today” that the hiatus is her New Year’s resolution, adding, quote, “It’s definitely time to take a break to recharge my batteries.” The inspiration for Beyonce’s break came during her recent 110-city tour to promote her “I Am … Sasha Fierce” tour. She took time out to see Egypt’s pyramids, the Great Wall of China and to go whale-watching off Australia’s coast. When Beyonce got home, she says she wrote a “contract” with herself. She won’t go back on tour or set foot in the studio until a few simpler goals are achieved. Beyonce said, quote, “I want to go to restaurants, maybe take a class, see some movies and Broadway shows.”
Of course, Beyonce still plans to make time for the Grammys on January 31st, where she’s nominated for ten awards. The singer’s “break” doesn’t quite mean she will disappear. The singer just filmed commercials for her Nintendo game “Style Savvy,” which introduces items from Beyonce’s House Of Deréon fashion line. Those ads are scheduled to air in March on Nickelodeon both before and during the Kids’ Choice Awards. The Beyonce juggernaut continues with the February launch of the singer’s Coty fragrance, Heat. There are also two weeks in February when she has concert dates scheduled in the Caribbean and South America to meet demand of fans there.

Rumors Of Beyonce Performance At Gadhafi Party Clarified

In other Beyonce news, the R&B star is clarifying a few facts about her recent New Year’s Eve performance at a party hosted by a member of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi’s family. A statement released on the singer’s website reads, quote, “The party in St. Bart’s on New Year’s Eve, with Beyoncé in performance, was hosted by Muatsim-Billah Gadhafi, not his brother Moutassim Bilal ‘Hannibal’ Gadhafi, as reported by the press.” He is Gadhafi’s fourth son and his father’s current security advisor. Rumors circulated online in the first week of the new year that Beyoncé had sung for Moutassim “Hannibal” Gadhafi who reportedly has a history of violence against women.
While the New Year’s Eve whereabouts of “Hannibal” are not mentioned in the singer’s brief online press release, it does mention other big names who attended her show such as Usher, former BET CEO Bob Johnson, and actress Lindsay Lohan. Three music industry veterans — Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles, and L.A. Reid — were also in attendance. Mariah Carey performed at the 2008 New Year’s Eve concert in St. Bart’s. Other past performers include Enrique Iglesias and Timbaland.

Rap superstar Eminem is being honored for his incredible catalog of hits over the past ten years. According to Billboard.com, the Detroit emcee has been named Billboard’s Artist of the Decade. The award is based on an artist’s performance on the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 charts. “Em” made his Hot 100 debut in February 1999 with his hit single “My Name Is,” and since 2000 he has released 27 songs that have appeared on the chart. Eminem has also enjoyed great success on the Billboard 200 Album Chart. All five of the albums he has released over the decade have reached the chart’s top spot. Despite these achievements, Eminem has never been named Billboard’s Artist of the Year at any point over the past ten years. Along with being the Artist of the Decade, Billboard also crowned Eminem the Male Artist of the Decade.

Female Artist of the Decade honors went to pop superstar Beyonce. She had 23 singles land on the Hot 100, five of which reached number one. She also had six albums chart on the Billboard 200, with three of the records hitting number one. Canadian rock group Nickelback is Billboard’s Duo/Group of the decade. The band released five top ten singles on the Hot 100, while their last four records made the Billboard 200 top ten.

Pop superstar Beyonce is primed to have a big night at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards. The nominations for next year’s ceremony were announced on Wednesday night, and the “Single Ladies” singer leads all artists with ten nominations. Beyonce’s hit album “I Am…Sasha Fierce” is up for Album of the Year, while her single “Halo” will look to win Record of the Year. Beyonce’s catchy, club-banger “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) is up for the Grammy for Song of the Year.

Fellow hip-hop and R&B acts Maxwell, the Black Eyed Peas and Kanye West will also look to add a few Grammy awards to their trophy case as they each picked up six nominations. The Black Eyed Peas are up for Album of the Year for their hit record “The E.N.D.,” while Maxwell’s track “Pretty Wings” is nominated for Song of the Year. With his work on songs like “Knock You Down” and “Run This Town,” Kanye West is up for Grammys like Best Rap Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration.
The nominees for the 52nd annual Grammy Awards were announced during a special live concert Wednesday night on CBS. Hosted by LL Cool J, “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!” featured performances from acts like the Black Eyed Peas, Nick Jonas and Maxwell. The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards will take place January 31st at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The ceremony will air at 8 p.m. Eastern on CBS.

Traveling light is not an option for the diva we all know as Mrs. Carter, or Beyonce. She booked two hotels in the UK for her performances this past week in Liverpool. While she stayed at the lavish Charles Forte Presidential Suite at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, her luggage did not. Yes, you heard me right,  she booked another room at Liverpool’s Malmaison hotel to store her 7 suitcases, 3 handbags, and 2 boxes all carrying 14 dresses, too many damn shoes, makeup, and a shitload of lacefront wigs. It took four [probably more] people to haul all the luggage to the room.

I guess you got to travel HEAVY instead light when your on tour, but damn a whole different room though? Wow!
