Producer DJ Khaled & Friends opened the show last night at the 2016 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards. The evening was truly spectacular as R&B/Hip Hop stars from yesterday and today came to the ATL to celebrate the art and love of music. The beautiful Toni Braxton received the BMI President’s Award for her musical achievements. The private event saluted songwriters, producers and publishers of the past year’s top songs in the genres.
Last night Ludacris kicked off his epic 10th Anniversary LudaDay Weekend that includes the annual bowling tournament at Bowlmar Bowling Alley in Atlanta.
The bowling tournament was truly star-studded as some of our favorite stars including Usher, Teddy Riley, Gabrielle Union, Dwayne Wade, Keshia Knight Pulliam, David Banner, and so many others came out to show their for support for Ludacris and all of the dope things he does for the community and to have a little fun.

BMI’s Celebrity Bowling event for charity, sponsored by Ciroc and Crown Royal consisted of 6 teams led by my home girl Keshia Knight Pulliam, the homies Big K.R.I.T, Isaac Carree, Lou Williams, Chaka Zulu and DJ Toomp. The winning team received a donation to its affiliated charity.

Last night, BMI held  their annual concert and I have to tell yall it was crazy. Drake, Lloyd, Bobby V., Big Boi,  Shanell, Vistoso Bosses and many other celebrities were in the building. I tried to get pictures but the Havanna Club was too packed and I must say I have never seen that many people inside one building in my life. I guess thats what it is like At a BMI event..
