Bobby Brown is facing DUI charges in Los Angeles. The singer was taken in to custody Monday afternoon after he was pulled over for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone. Police say Brown showed signs of intoxication and was unable to perform a series of field sobriety tests when asked to do so.
