Bone Thugs-N-Harmony fans can mark their calendars. AllHipHop reports the rap group has announced plans to officially release its new album, “Art of War III,” on November 27th. They’ll also perform at this year’s final Rock the Bells weekend in Holmdel, New Jersey, on September 1st.
