Everything has changed for Chad OchoCinco Johnson over the course of about a month. In that time he has lost his wife, got arrested, Â got kicked off the team, etc. Its seems like everything he had going good for him is gone. Ocho-Cinco has A Prior Domestic Violence Conviction
Recently Chad “Ocho-Cinco” Johnson met with Coach Joe Philbin about the domestic violence issue that has turned his life upside down over the weekend. The meeting was captured by the crew at “Hard Knocks” (a weekly HBO documentary series following the Dolphins which aired last night).
During the very short meeting, Johnson told Philbin …
“Coach, I’ve never been in trouble before … ever.”
Apparently “Ocho-Cinco” does have a prior conviction of domestic voilence that goes back before he was even in the NFL.
According to TMZ , court records say that  Johnson was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery in L.A. on February 7, 2000, just before he began playing football for Oregon State University.
Sources close to the case tell us the victim was his girlfriend at the time … and she told police the football star had slapped her in the face after he accused her of cheating on him.

Dolphins Release Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson After Domestic Violence Arrest
NFL star and former “Dancing With The Stars” contestant Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson is out of a job. The Miami Dolphins released the wide receiver Sunday, one day after he was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge. Johnson is accused of head butting his wife Evelyn Lozada during an argument. The just-married couple wed last month on the Fourth of July on the Caribbean island of St. Martin. Johnson spent the night in jail Saturday before posting bond on Sunday morning. The Dolphins issued a one-sentence statement to announce its termination of Johnson’s contract. Johnson appeared on the tenth season of ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars.”
