T-Pain Says He And Lil Wayne Have 12 Songs Done

T-Pain is giving a glimmer of hope to those waiting on his collaborative album with Lil Wayne. The rappers — who have dubbed themselves T-Wayne — have already recorded 12 tracks together. T-Pain notes the process has been slow due to each of the artists’ busy schedules. But the men have been sending each other tracks to work on separately. T-Pain says of the CD, quote, “there’s no rush. It can come out whenever. We’re gonna keep it pushing, however.” Lil Wayne and T-Pain recently toured together on Wayne’s “I Am Music” tour. No word on when the “T-Wayne” project is expected to hit stores.
