DMX can’t keep his nose clean. DMX ,whose real name is Earl Simmons, was recently arrested on not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 counts of violating his probation.  DMX ‘s  probation officer alleges DMX violated  his probation by messing with cocaine and not completing treatment.  He seriously has issues.  I guess DMX has hit hard times because this is just the latest in  a string of arrests for stealing, drug possession and beating animals. Haven’t you  learned  people don’t play about dogs?  DMX was sentenced to 20 months intensive probation with six months in jail beginning March 16^th. This is another example of how the system fails us. If they can’t help this man with his drug problem he is bound to return. He has a chance to be released early if he’s accepted into an  inpatient  substance abuse program.    The judge is reportedly open to shipping DMX to a California treatment facility where Celebrity Rehab is taped.  Somebody please get this man in a 12 step program quick and pray for him.

New York emcee DMX has had yet another run-in with Arizona authorities. The troubled rapper was arrested in Arizona on Tuesday for allegedly violating the terms of his probation with the use of illegal drugs. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, has run afoul of the law numerous times over the past few years. He was released from an Arizona jail last May after serving more than 90 days for drug, fraud and animal cruelty charges. DMX’s attorney, meantime, is reaching out to VH1 “Celebrity Rehab” counselor Dr. Drew Pinsky for help. Gary Jenkins tells TMZ.com, quote, “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment.” Jenkins adds, quote, “We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help. He’s a talented man. We’re praying for him.”

In related news, DMX’s wife will be telling all in an upcoming book. Tashera Simmons is working on a book titled “Strength of Woman.” The publication will reportedly reveal the “not so glamorous life” that Simmons has endured while married to the New York emcee. A rep for “Mrs. DMX” discussed the book saying, quote, “She will be talking about her experience with her family and trying to hold them together through the DMX journey. Her story is a stellar, heart wrecking, powerful, firsthand account of survival and family strength in a chaotic life and the fame that came with that life.”.

DMX and Tashera Simmons have been married since 1999. In the years following, X has been arrested on charges ranging from animal abuse to drug possession. The rapper, whose real name is Earl Simmons, has also been served with several paternity suits over the years. A release date for Tashera Simmons’ “Strength of Woman” has not been announced.

DMX is currently working on the albums “Walk With Me Now” and “You’ll Fly With Me Later.” Both projects are expected to arrive later this year.

DMX might need a little money  he is being sued for a million dollars by Thunder Productions for pulling out of a boxing match with actor Eric Martinez! DMX cancelled earlier this month when the promotion company refused to honor the clause in his contract which stated: “Event Promoter and Management agree that (DMX) is scheduled to win Boxing Challenge.” Wow how you try to demand them to throw the fight? DMXis full of bull, but I think a million is a bit too much to be sued for over a fight. Anyways they replaced him with rapper Coolio. Hmmm should be interested. Young Jeezy may “put on” for his city, but he won’t be “putting on” in Delaware right now. The University of Delaware posted a message on its website noting the rapper’s scheduled concert last night was cancelled in the wake of swine flu concerns. Ten students at the college have been unofficially diagnosed with the virus. School officials say they will attempt to reschedule Jeezy’s show, but no information is available yet. The rapper is slated to play in Rochester, New York on Saturday. The current outbreak of swine flu has also affected some Hollywood projects. The films “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” and “Star Trek” cancelled their Mexico City premieres. The Mexican capital has been hard hit by the virus, with over 150 deaths recorded so far.

                   DMX Ordered To Pay $240K To Assault Victim

DMX is going to have to dig deep into his pocketbook following a new court ruling. According to TMZ.com, the rapper has been ordered to pay 240-thousand dollars to a man he assaulted back in June 2004. DMX was arrested after cops claimed he used a fake police siren and posed as an FBI agent to pull over Sergei Priporin and his family at New York’s JFK Airport. The rapper reportedly tried to remove Priporin from the vehicle to commandeer it. DMX later pleaded guilty to reckless driving and drug charges in the matter, and avoided jail time. But the Priporin family filed a civil suit seeking four million dollars for each passenger in the vehicle. DMX’s attorney stated the rapper won’t apologize for pulling the Priporin’s over because they were in DMX’s way at the time. DMX is currently serving a 90-day sentence in Phoenix, Arizona. The rapper pled guilty to counts of animal cruelty, theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of a narcotic back in December. He was reportedly due to be released from jail this Thursday, but that date has apparently been pushed back. The new release date has yet to be revealed.

                                Kelis Files For Divorce From Nas

It looks like one hip-hop couple’s relationship is coming to an end. According to “Vibe” magazine, Kelis has filed for divorce from Nas. A rep for the R&B singer confirmed the news, adding, quote, “We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time.” Kelis cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for the split. The singer is currently seven months pregnant with the couple’s first child together, which Nas revealed will be a boy. Nas’ camp has yet to comment on the divorce report. Nas and Kelis first started dating in 2003, and ended up tying the knot two years later.

Plus get this TMZ.com is also reporting the Pulse Ultra Lounge in Boca Raton, Florida, and they had no idea the 500 tickets they sold for DMX’s Thursday night concert aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. The club is gonna have to refund the $20-a-pop tickets — unless X can find a way to perform live via-satellite from his jail cell.
