Atlanta’s new Mayor Keisha Lance Bottom held a private celebration for her close family and friends at Buckhead’s Dolce. The private celebration was an opportunity for the Mayor to thank her biggest supporters that held her down during the tumultuous campaign and celebrate a well deserved victory over good food.

I was blessed with the opportunity to celebrate with our new mayor and Atlanta’s most influential movers and shakers. There were so many guests from Atlanta’s biggest movers and shakers including businessmen, celebrities, politicians, and friends. Grand Hustle’s TIP Harris was on hand to give words of encouragement and celebrate this wonderful accomplishment not only for Mayor Bottoms but all of Atlanta.

ATLANTA – Just hours after taking office, Atlanta’s new mayor laid out some of her top priorities for the city. The star-studded inauguration featured guests such as TI, Tyrese, Phadra Parks, and more just to name a few.

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms took her oath of office Tuesday afternoon, becoming Atlanta’s 60th mayor and the city’s second woman to hold this prestigious office. Mayor Bottoms also said the city is in great financial shape and she wants to keep the momentum going. Mayor Bottoms took her oath of office in front of a packed house inside the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel on the campus of Morehouse College.
