I love  when  people start there own thing. Kaira Akita (Tyler Perry/ BET Somebodies), Jazze Pha, Vawn (BET Dreamland) & more attended the grand opening of Atlanta’s new Glam Bar (located in the Castlebery District). The city’s beautiful came out in their best Barbie and Ken attire, as they experience celebrity stylist, makeup artists and more. Special thanks to Nuvo, Ciroc, and WHP.  Courtesy of The Garner Circle PR.  (www.TheGlamBar.com)

Welcome to Dreamland

Humility is rare but a necessity in this business especially for up and coming artists. Bottom line, it must exist for success. Last week, that was made clear to me when someone busted their a$$ in front of hundreds while trying to be extra. You never know how much time you have in the spotlight to show yourself. With that said, this season Peachtree TV’s Welcome to Dreamland is going to be unlike anything you’ve ever seen. The Show is about artist trying to make it big in the music industry and all the different steps you have to take to make it to the top. And you’ll never guess who’ll take home the top prize!Ryan and James (Peachtree TV)

One of last weeks final competitors revealed her true colors in the short time I met her. She was very rude and unpleasant – Maybe it was because she lost. However, win or lose, it’s all about attitude. When I asked her to take a photo with the winning finalist, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, “You need to go get her and bring her to me,” then tossed her hair and continued her conversation. Graciously, the winner walked all the way across the stage to take the picture with the icy queen runner-up. Today’s lesson: You never know who you’re talking to in this business. Do yourself a favor and treat everyone with respect!

On another note, shout out to the Peachtree TV family and James Dubose, for putting together a spectacular program! you can see all the picture Click Here
