The homies over at Gossiponthis.com posted some pic’s of the crazyness that went down in the MIA. With the help of Volkswagen, Maxim Magazine hosted a Super Bowl party in Miami, FL at The Raleigh that drew in celebrities from all over.

Folks like Bow Wow, Nelly, Jermaine Dupri, LL Cool J and more came through to party it up the day before the Super Bowl and add their signature to the VW GTI parked on the red carpet. With each signature, Volkswagen will make a donation to Doctors Without Borders.

Nelly is working on crossing over into the world of daytime television. He recently spoke to one of my homies and announced that he is developing a talk show with a few of his hip-hop and R&B cohorts. Nelly explains, quote, “It’s me, Jermaine Dupri, Trey Songz, Johnta Auston, Brian Michael Cox and Tyrone ‘International’ Davis(JD’s Right Hand Man). We’re working on kind of like the male version of ‘The View.’” Nelly says he has always wanted to branch out, but turned down a lot of previous offers because, quote, “I felt I wasn’t ready yet.” He adds, quote, “I never want to disrespect the culture and the thing that is acting, thinking just because I’m Nelly I’m going to transition and be good at it.”

A possible debut date for Nelly’s new television project has not been announced. Nelly is also currently working on his untitled, sixth studio album. The record is expected in stores later this year.

Kasim Reed is now Atlanta’s 59th mayor! Last night he held a watch party that turned into a celebratory party at the Hyatt in downtown Atlanta.. Jermaine Dupri and Dominque Wilkins, famed NBA player, came out in support, as well as Ryan Glover. It was an amazing thing to see the emotion in the room when everyone heard the news that he won. I am proud and happy to say that I had the opportunity to work with this campaign almost from the very beginning. This was also my first political party. I am a proud supporter of Kasim Reed and would like to tell him congrats from Freddyo.com!

Last night Jermaine Dupri (WWW.GLOBAL14.COM)had a party to launch his new line of watches, NuPop. I must say that I really love the watches, their something new and not like a lot of other watches that you see. A lot of people came out to support him, including Teyana Taylor (whose is in Stomp The Yard 2), Monica, Johnta Austin, Big Boi, Producer Nitti, and many more. Well, I guess that just shows that JD can do anything. I’m proud to see him venturing out of music, I wonder if he’ll catch the acting bug next? Make sure ya’

Romors have been flying these pass few days that Jermaine and Janet were back on and poppin… I have to tell yall that they are very both private people and dont like anyone in there business.. Thats partly why they took a little time off but I have been told that they are almost 100% on and poppin only this times its only about them… 

StraightfromtheA.com is reporting that Janet Jackson & Jermaine Dupri were spotted holding hands while leaving LaGuardia airpart after touching down in NYC earlier today. Rumors of their demise have obviously been greatly exaggerated in that the couple has still been boo’d up all over the globe. A source explained Jermaine’s absence from Janet’s side during Michael Jackson’s funeral as him wanting to give her some space to grieve, “They never really broke up. Jermaine wanted to give her some space when Michael died.”

The rumor mill with these two is usually one extreme or the other. They’re either broken up or secretly married. In addressing the marriage rumors, Jermaine told press, “They’ve been saying that for years and you don’t see a ring on my finger. I guess it just sounds good to have that rumor this time of the year or something.”

Last night Jermaine Dupri, Nelly, & V-103 joined forces for a charity celebrity bowling tournament entitled, Atlanta Stand-Up. I have to say I was very moved by the turnout and support that was given to the event. JD and Nelly invited all their celebrity friends to come out to give their support and bowl, and they did just that. The Event was held at Red Carpet Lanes to raise money for the people effected by the flood in Georgia and companies like  Hosea Feed The Hungry and Status Beverages gave their all to help make the event a success … The event  raised over $80,000, and money is still coming in … If you would like to donate call 404-755-3353… P.S.
