Kandi Burruss launched the Kandi Cares foundationto support, empower and uplift single parent families. The foundation hosts this annual event to celebrate single moms who have overcome the odds to be successful in their own right while raising children. This event will bring together 30 women, many whom are doctors, lawyers and entrepreneurs to honor them for the sacrifices they have made as single parents.

Congrats to my girl Nene Leakes on her return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta!!!  When Real Housewives of Atlanta first aired on Bravo in 2008, the world wasn’t ready for reali-tea on Black Hollywood.  It was the third installment of The Real Housewives franchise, and has been going strong for nine seasons.

The series original cast included on NeNe, Kim Zolciak, Shereé Whitfield, Lisa Wu and DeShawn Snow.  This past season featured some of the most beautiful ladies in the city.  Kandi Burress, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Porcha Williams, Phaedra Parks, and oringinal cast member Sheree Whitfield.  

Burruss’s friends, including Mama Joyce, Shamea Morton, Tiny Harris, Toya Wright, Big Tigger, Monyetta Shaw, Tommiee and more came out to celebrate her birthday at an all-white affair. Also in attendance were Kirk Frost and Rasheeda Frost, and Sky from Black Ink Crew.
